Babban bankin Najeriya ya fitar da wasu bayanai ga abokan huldar bankuna da sauran su kan yadda da kuma inda za su iya shigar da kara a kan cibiyoyin hada-hadar kudi.

Cibiyoyin kuɗi sun haɗa da bankunan kasuwanci, bankunan microfinance, cibiyoyin jinginar gidaje.

Babban bankin na CBN ya bayyana cewa tun da farko ya fitar da wata sanarwa da ta umarci dukkan bankunan da su fadada teburin taimakon ATM da suke da su domin magance korafe-korafen masu amfani da su.

“Saboda haka, idan kuna da korafi a kan bankin ku, sai ku fara kai rahoton korafin a banki/reshen da lamarin ya samo asali sannan ku ba da damar makonni biyu (zai iya zama kasa ko sama da haka a wasu lokuta) don magance matsalolin. ” inji shi

A cewar babban bankin, abokin ciniki yana da hakkin ya kai kararsa ga Daraktan Sashen Kare Kayayyakin Ciniki na CBN bayan ya shigar da kara, idan bankin ya kasa tantancewa cikin kwanaki uku ko ba da lambar bin diddigi, ko kuma ya kasa warware matsalar korafi a cikin lokaci kamar yadda Dokar Kariyar Abokan ciniki ta ƙulla.

Babban bankin na CBN ya ce, “Za ku iya mika koke-koken ku zuwa ga CPD ne kawai a kan gazawar bankinku/ma’aikatun ku na kudi wajen warware korafinku a cikin wa’adin da dokar kare hakkin masu amfani ta tanada.

“Za ku iya tuntuɓar CPD ta tashoshi masu zuwa: Sashen Kariya na Kasuwanci, Garki, Abuja.

Ya kamata a aika wasiƙar korafinku zuwa ga Darakta, Sashen Kariyar Abokan ciniki.
