Hukumar Sadarwa ta Najeriya ta bukaci masu amfani da hanyoyin sadarwa da su yi amfani da gajeriyar lambar 2442 don kawo karshen sakwannin da ba a so daga kamfanonin sadarwa.

Shugaban hukumar shiyyar Enugu, Ogbonnaya Ugama ya bayyana haka yayin da yake zantawa da Kamfanin Dillancin Labarai na Najeriya a Enugu.

Ugama ya lura cewa galibi masu samar da sabis na kira daga cibiyar sadarwa suna aika saƙonnin da ba a buƙata, misali kiran talla ga abokan hulda da cinikyya waɗanda ba su nema ba.

Ya bayyana samar da gajeriyar lambar da NCC ta yi a matsayin “kare ‘yancin masu amfani da sadarwa” don zaɓar ayyukan da suke so.

“Don dakatar da saƙonnin da ba a buƙata, yi amfani da lamba 2442 ta hanyar aika ‘STOP’ zuwa 2442 don dakatar da duk saƙonnin da ba a buƙata, ko ka aika ‘HELP’ zuwa lambar 2442 sannan ku bi umarnin don zaɓar zaɓin nau’ikan saƙonnin da kuke son karɓa.

“Za ku kuma iya aika ‘STATUS’ zuwa 2442 don ganin Matsayin layin naka ko Yana dauke da wani tsari”, in ji Ugama.

Shugaban shiyyar ya kuma shawarci ‘yan Najeriya da su yi amfani da layin kira na kyauta na 112 da hukumar ta bayar a duk wani lamari da yafaru na gaggawa.

Ya ce lambar tana da sauƙin tunawa kuma kyauta ne don isa ga duk masu amsawa na farko da suke so a kira.
