Kotun ɗaukaka ƙara da ke zamanta a Abuja ta ayyana zaɓen gwamnan jihar Zamfara, a matsayin wanda bai kammala ba.
A hukuncin da ɗaukacin alƙalanta uku ƙarƙashin Mai shari’a Sybil Nwaka suka amince da shi, kotun ta soke halascin zaben Gwamna Dauda Lawal Dare na ranar 18 ga watan Maris din 2023.
Kotun da yammacin ranar Alhamis a Abuja, ta kuma bayar da umarnin sake gudanar da zaɓe a ƙananan hukumomin Zamfara uku, da suka haɗa da Maradun da Birnin-Magaji da kuma Bukkuyum.
Ta ce kotun sauraron ƙararrakin zaɓe ta jihar Zamfara, ba ta yi la’akari da hujjojin da masu ƙara suka gabatar ba – wato jam’iyyar APC .
Kotun ta kuma yi watsi da sakamakon da jam’iyyar APC da hukumar zaɓe ta ƙasa INEC suka bayar na ƙaramar hukumar Maradun.
Don haka ta umarci hukumar zabe (INEC) ta gudanar da sabon zabe a ƙananan hukumomin uku, inda ba a gudanar da zabe ba a baya, ko kuma ba a ƙidaya sakamakon wasu tashoshin zabe ba.
Dan takarar jam’iyyar APC a zaben watan Maris, Bello Matawalle ne sake kalubalantar hukuncin da karamar kotun zaben jihar Zamfara ta yanke, wanda ta kori shari’arsa bisa hujjar cewa ya gaza gabatar da gamsassun hujjoji.
Tsohon gwamnan na Zamfara, wanda a yanzu yake rike da mukamin karamin ministan tsaro, yana neman wa’adin mulki na biyu ne bayan karewar mulkinsa na tsawon shekara hudu.
